Stephy's Peruvian Cuisine

Let's all welcome our newest start-up "Stephy's Peruvian Cuisine ". Locally owned (by Stephanie), super authentic as it's staffed by real Peruvians (as opposed to those pesky Peruvian robots). With a delicious menu that includes my favorite, ceviche. They will also have lomo saltado, aji de Gallina and a bunch of other Peruvian favorites. I dont think they plan on having Cuy but im trying to convince her too. Lol
